What we collect
Name, email, phone, and the inquiry context (accredited-investor / mineral-owner / general) from the contact form. Investor inquiries include an accredited-investor self-certification. Mineral-owner inquiries include the state and interest type of the asset offered. We also collect basic server logs (page views, referrer, rough geographic region). We do not run third-party behavioral trackers, retargeting pixels, or ad-network beacons.
How we use it
Investor inquiries: we verify accredited-investor status, then send the current prospectus and schedule an introductory call. Mineral-owner inquiries: we ask follow-up questions about the asset and route you to the right partner on our acquisitions team. General inquiries: we read it and reply. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our internal CRM (a Google Sheet maintained by our operations team) and emailed to the Heritage partner who handles your inquiry type. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We retain inquiry records for the duration of our relationship plus a reasonable archival window for compliance and recordkeeping purposes.
